From the idea

Design .1

Starting from the brief, the technical team designs the paper converting solutions with dedicated software considering the potential of the production machines and optimizing the yield to reduce waste. 3D renderings, mockups and samples cut on the plotter are made for practical assembly, gluing and transport tests.

Prepress .2

The pre-press re-elaborates the graphics received by the customer for the realization of the printing plates. He is responsible for checking the minimum requirements of the files for production (resolution, four-color and tracing), the management of the color and the creation of the assembly files for approvals and plate production.

Unlike digital and screen printing, offset printing is a process characterized by a complex system of rollers that indirectly transfer the color onto the card, obtaining high speed and high definition prints.

Lamination .4

The lamination process takes care of making the corrugated paperboard from rolls of different types and coupling it in line with the stretched cardboard.

Die cutting .5

During the die cutting phase, the laminated cardboard sheets are shaped to allow subsequent folding and gluing.

This phase is the last of the paper processing before storage. Fag Artigrafiche has specialized in gluing from the most linear to the most complex ones, such as automatic and 4/6 corner bottoms.
